Pricing FAQ
Credits are one balance that spends across every model — image, video, music and voice. Nothing is locked to a plan: the only thing that decides what you can run is whether your balance covers it, so Starter can generate video exactly like Ultra.
Images start at 15 credits. Video is billed per second, from 8 credits a second, so a five-second clip starts around 40 credits. "See all 37 models" on the plan card lists the cost of every model, and the composer shows the exact price before you generate.
No. Credits sit in your balance until you spend them, and your plan adds a fresh batch on every renewal. Top-up credits land in the same balance — there is no separate bucket and no expiry date.
Top up any time from the Top up tab, or move to a bigger plan. Generations are blocked rather than billed as overage, so you can never be charged for credits you did not buy.
Every plan unlocks the same models and features, so pick on volume alone: slide the plan selector until the monthly credits match roughly what you expect to generate. If you outgrow it, add a bigger plan whenever you like.
The card prices are the recurring amount plus tax (Starter is $12.00/mo with DIRECTOR). Checkout adds tax for your location and shows the total before you pay.
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and UPI. Test cards are blocked in live checkout and will not be charged. Pay by card (hosted by Whop) or crypto (hosted by OxaPay) — your payment details never reach our servers.
Yes on monthly plans. DIRECTOR is 60% off every monthly renewal, with no expiry, and the price you subscribe at stays the same for as long as you keep the plan. Yearly plans already include their own discount in the yearly price, so DIRECTOR is not added on top. It is applied automatically — there is no code to type.
Yes. You can run more than one plan at once, and each one grants its own credits into the same balance. To upgrade, buy the bigger plan and cancel the old one from Manage subscription if you no longer want it.
Any time, from Manage subscription — it opens the billing portal, where you can also find your invoices. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the credits already granted for the period you paid for.
Yes — email support within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it. Refunds are handled by a person rather than an automated flow, so tell us what went wrong and we will sort it out.
Yes, on every plan — client work, products and paid content are all fine. Every generation also gets a permanent CDN link that does not expire.
