Pricing questions, answered
How do credits work?
Credits are one balance that spends across every model — image, video, music and voice. Nothing is locked to a plan: the only thing that decides what you can run is whether your balance covers it, so Starter can generate video exactly like Studio.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits sit in your balance until you spend them, and your plan adds a fresh batch on every renewal. Top-up credits land in the same balance — there is no separate bucket and no expiry date.
What happens when I run out?
Buy a one-time credit pack, top up any amount from $30 if you have a plan, or move to a bigger plan. Generations are blocked rather than billed as overage, so you can never be charged for credits you did not buy.
Can I upgrade or hold more than one plan?
Yes. You can run more than one plan at once, and each one grants its own credits into the same balance. To upgrade, buy the bigger plan and cancel the old one from Manage subscription if you no longer want it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Subscription, where you can also see your payments. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the credits already granted for the period you paid for. Plans paid with crypto cover one period and do not renew.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — email support within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it. Refunds are handled by a person rather than an automated flow, so tell us what went wrong and we will sort it out.
Can I use the output commercially?
Yes, on every plan — client work, products and paid content are all fine. Every generation also gets a permanent CDN link that does not expire.
Do I need a subscription?
No. One-time credit packs from $5 work without a plan, and their credits never expire. Plans refill every month at a much lower price per credit; cancel anytime and keep credits already granted. Custom top-ups of any amount are for plan holders.
What's in Starter?
Starter is a monthly plan with 3,600 credits each billing cycle for image and video, at $11.99 a month or $5.99 a month billed yearly. It is not a one-time pack: those are separate, from $5.
