Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the output?

Credits consumed for completed generations are generally non-refundable since computational resources were used regardless of output quality. However, if a generation failed due to a system error (not a policy violation or user prompt issue), credits are automatically refunded. For billing disputes, accidental purchases, or plan subscription issues, contact support within 7 days of the transaction and the team will review your case. Subscription plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
