Credits are PicX Studio's generation currency. What a generation costs depends on the model and the output resolution — as a guide, a 1K image is 20 credits on Nano Banana 2 Lite and 35 on Nano Banana 2, a 2K image is 53 on Nano Banana Pro, and 4K and video cost more. Live per-model pricing is always shown before you generate, so rely on that rather than a figure quoted here. Credits are deducted when the generation starts. If a generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically, usually within minutes. Your balance and transactions are in Settings. Credits never expire. Plans and packs are on pricing.

If your account reaches zero credits before a generation starts, the request will not be processed and you'll be prompted to add more credits. PicX Studio does not allow credit debt or overdraft, so you are never billed for credits you did not buy. Any generations that have already started will complete normally. You can add credits instantly on the pricing page: one-time packs from $5, a bigger plan, or — if you have a plan — a custom top-up of any amount from $30.

Free account: best for trying PicX Studio — your first image is free and no credit card is required. Video is not part of the free offer. Paid plans: Starter ($11.99/month, 3,600 credits), Enthusiast ($39.99, 12,000) and Studio ($69.99, 25,000), each billed monthly or at a lower monthly price yearly. Every plan includes every model, commercial use, watermark-free downloads and the Studio tools; the only difference is how many credits you get each month. There is no separate enterprise tier: high-volume teams usually take Studio and add custom top-ups ($30–$10,000 at 300 credits per dollar). As a rule of thumb, Starter's 3,600 credits cover about 102 Nano Banana 2 images at 1K. Compare them on pricing.

Credits consumed for completed generations are not returned automatically, since the computing work was done regardless of how you rate the result. If a generation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically. For anything else — a charge you didn't expect, an accidental purchase, a plan you no longer want, or results that clearly went wrong — email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it. Refunds are handled by a person, so tell us what happened.

Yes — all of them. You have a single credit balance and nothing in it expires or resets. Credits from a monthly plan renewal, a one-time pack and a custom top-up all land in that same balance, with no separate buckets, no expiry date and no order in which they are spent — so there is nothing you need to use up before a renewal date. If you cancel a plan, the credits already granted to your balance stay yours.
