Generation times vary based on model, resolution, and server load. Nano Banana 2 typically completes in 10–30 seconds; Nano Banana Pro and video generation may take 1–3 minutes, and long or high-resolution videos longer. If a generation appears stuck beyond 5 minutes: refresh the page and check your Media library — the result may have completed in the background. If the generation shows as failed, your credits will be automatically refunded. High traffic periods may cause longer queue times — try again after a few minutes.

Common causes of generation failures include: (1) prompt containing restricted content — rephrase to avoid policy violations; (2) temporary server issues — retry after a minute; (3) account credit balance insufficient — check your balance in Settings or add credits on pricing; (4) an input the model rejects, such as an unsupported file or a reference image that is too small or too large. If a failure occurs, the credits are automatically returned to your account. Contact [email protected] if failures persist.

PicX Studio's safety filter flags prompts or outputs that potentially contain explicit, adult, violent, or otherwise policy-violating content. Nudity and sexual content are not allowed on PicX Studio and are blocked by our safety filters, whatever the purpose — see our Content Policy. If a harmless prompt was flagged, remove any suggestive wording, avoid extreme violence descriptors, and rephrase ambiguous terms. The filter also scans generated outputs — if an image is flagged post-generation, credits are refunded and you can regenerate with an adjusted prompt.

Cropping occurs when the selected aspect ratio doesn't match your described composition — choose the ratio that matches your scene orientation before generating. PicX Studio does not add watermarks: downloads are watermark-free on every plan. If you see a watermark-like mark, it usually comes from a reference image you uploaded or from the model imitating stock-photo styling — remove words like 'stock photo' from your prompt, or use a clean reference. Yes. PicX Studio offers programmatic access to image and video generation through picx-cli, an npm package for your terminal, scripts and AI agents, and an MCP server that lets Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Codex or any MCP client generate and edit images and video with your account. Both sign in with an API key from your account and spend the same credit balance as the web studio, with each model's live credit cost visible before you generate.
