If a generation appears stuck beyond 5 minutes: refresh the page and check your Generation History — the result may have completed in the background. If the generation shows as failed, your credits will be automatically refunded. High traffic periods may cause longer queue times — try again after a few minutes.

Why did my image/video generation fail with an error?

If a failure occurs due to a system error (not a policy violation), credits are automatically returned to your account. Contact support if failures persist.

To avoid false positives: remove sexually suggestive language, avoid extreme violence descriptors, and rephrase ambiguous terms. For legitimate artistic projects involving nudity (fine art, medical illustration), use clinical and artistic language rather than explicit descriptors. The filter also scans generated outputs — if an image is flagged post-generation, credits are refunded and you can regenerate with an adjusted prompt.

Why does my image keep getting cropped or have a watermark?

Cropping occurs when the selected aspect ratio doesn't match your described composition — choose the ratio that matches your scene orientation before generating. Watermarks appear on images generated on the Free plan. Upgrading to a Pro or paid plan removes all watermarks from generated content. If you see unexpected watermarks on a paid plan, contact support as this may be a billing sync issue that can be resolved quickly.
