All generated media is available for download from your Media library or directly from the generation panel after creation. Click the download icon on any image or video to save it at full resolution. Downloads are watermark-free on every plan. Every generation also gets a permanent link that does not expire, so you can share or re-download it any time.

Your full generation history is in the Media library of your PicX Studio account. Every image and video you have generated is stored there, newest first, with the prompt and model used. You can filter by model, sort by date, re-download any file, and reuse a previous prompt to generate again with the same or modified settings. Your generations stay available for as long as you keep your account.

Yes — in fact they already are. Everything you generate is private to your account by default, and is never added to a community gallery or a public feed. There is no privacy setting you need to find and switch on, because nothing is published unless you take an explicit action: a generation becomes visible to anyone else only if you deliberately share it, and you can remove it again. We also do not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

To delete your account, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will confirm your identity, then permanently delete your account, generated media, generation history and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. Deletion is irreversible, so download anything you want to keep first. Unused credits are forfeited on deletion and are not refundable. This satisfies your data-deletion rights under GDPR and CCPA. Sharing a single account login among team members violates PicX Studio's terms of service and can result in account suspension. PicX Studio accounts are single-user today, so each person should have their own account. PicX Studio connects to other tools in a few ways: (1) Canva, Figma and other editors: download your image or video and upload it, or paste its permanent link — there is no Canva app or plugin; (2) AI agents: the MCP server connects Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Codex or any MCP client, so your agent can generate and edit images and video with your account; (3) Scripts and automations: picx-cli runs generations from the terminal, so any workflow that can run a shell command can use PicX. There is no Zapier app today.
