How do I download my generated images and videos in full quality?

All generated media is available for download from your Generation History or directly from the generation panel after creation. Click the download icon on any image or video to save it at full resolution. Pro and Enterprise plan users get watermark-free, full-resolution downloads. Free plan downloads include a watermark. For bulk downloads, navigate to your Media Library where you can select multiple items and download as a ZIP archive.

Where can I find my generation history?

Your full generation history is available in the Media Library section of your PicX Studio dashboard. Every image and video you have ever generated is stored there with timestamps, the original prompt used, model settings, and cost in credits. You can search, filter by media type or date, re-download any file, and re-run any previous generation with the same or modified prompt. Generation history is retained for the lifetime of your account.

Can I make my generations private so others can't see them?

Yes. By default, generations can be set to private in your account settings. Private generations are only visible to you and are not shared in any community gallery or public feeds. You can toggle privacy per generation in your Media Library, or set all new generations to private by default in Account Settings → Privacy. Enterprise accounts include additional team-level privacy controls and can enforce private-only generation for all team members.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Accepted Answer

To delete your account: go to Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm by typing your account email. All your generated media, generation history, credits, and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days in compliance with GDPR and CCPA data regulations. This action is irreversible — download any media you want to keep before initiating deletion. Active paid subscriptions should be cancelled first to avoid further billing.

Can multiple team members share one account?

Sharing a single account login among team members violates PicX Studio's terms of service and can result in account suspension. For teams, the Enterprise plan offers dedicated team seats with individual logins, shared credit pools, centralized billing, team admin controls, and usage analytics per member.
