Why did my image/video generation fail with an error?

Common causes of generation failures include: (1) prompt containing restricted content — rephrase to avoid policy violations; (2) temporary server issues — retry after a minute; (3) account credit balance insufficient — check your balance in Settings or add credits on pricing; (4) an input the model rejects, such as an unsupported file or a reference image that is too small or too large.
