How to pay with Bitcoin in four steps

Create a free account, open Pricing and choose a plan or credit pack. Choose Crypto when asked how to pay.

Choose Bitcoin (BTC) on the payment page.

Send the amount
Send exactly the BTC amount shown (plus any exchange withdrawal fee) within 60 minutes. Scan the QR code or copy the address.

Credits arrive
Once the payment has 2 confirmations (about 20 minutes (2 blocks), longer when the network is busy), the credits land in your balance automatically.
Tips for paying with BTC
Send on-chain, not Lightning
Checkout gives you a regular Bitcoin address. Lightning invoices are not part of OxaPay's Bitcoin option, so send an on-chain transaction.
Pick a normal fee, not the lowest
Bitcoin blocks come about every 10 minutes and low-fee transactions can wait several blocks. The invoice stays open for 60 minutes, so a fee that confirms within the hour is enough.
Sending from an exchange
Exchanges take their withdrawal fee from the amount you enter. Add it on top, or the payment can arrive short (up to 2% short is still accepted).

Can I pay with Bitcoin Lightning?
Not at the moment. OxaPay's Bitcoin option is on-chain, so send a normal Bitcoin transaction to the address on the payment page.
How long does a Bitcoin payment take on PicX Studio?
OxaPay counts it after 2 confirmations, which is usually about 20 minutes. If the network is busy and your fee is low it can take longer; your credits appear on their own once it confirms.
How do I pay for PicX Studio with crypto?
Sign in, open Pricing, pick a plan or credit pack and choose Crypto. You get a payment page from OxaPay priced in US dollars: pick your coin and network, send the amount shown within 60 minutes, and your credits arrive automatically once the payment confirms. Crypto payments currently get 15% extra credits on every plan and pack.
Do crypto plans renew automatically?
No. A plan paid with crypto covers the month or year you pay for and never charges you again. Pay again whenever you want another period; credits you already have never expire.
What is the cheapest thing I can buy with crypto?
A 500-credit pack for $5. Packs are one-time purchases and their credits never expire. Plan holders can also top up any amount from $30.
Who pays the network fee?
You do, on top of the price, the same as any on-chain transfer. If you send from an exchange, add its withdrawal fee to the amount. A payment that arrives up to 2% short is still accepted; if it is more than that, email [email protected] with the payment ID and we will sort it out.
What happens if I send the wrong amount or the invoice expires?
Email [email protected] with the payment ID from the payment page and we will match it to your account. Start a new checkout for a new order rather than paying an expired one.
Do I need an account to pay with crypto?
Yes, a free PicX Studio account (email or Google sign-in) so the credits have a balance to land in. You do not need to give card details.
Can I get a refund on a crypto payment?
Yes. Email support within 30 days of the payment and tell us what went wrong; refunds are handled by a person. Credits for a failed generation are refunded to your balance automatically.
