Pick the network on the payment page first, then withdraw on that exact network from your wallet or exchange. USDT sent on a different network than the address expects can be lost.
Use a low-fee network for small orders

Any of the six works. Tron (TRC20) is the one most exchanges offer and costs little to send; BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Polygon and TON are also cheap. Ethereum (ERC20) works but usually has the highest fee. What matters most is choosing the same network on the payment page and in your wallet.
Can I pay with USDT TRC20?
Yes. Choose USDT on the Tron network on the payment page and send TRC20 USDT to the address shown. OxaPay counts it after 10 confirmations, usually well under a minute.
Why pay with USDT instead of Bitcoin?
USDT is pegged to the US dollar, so the amount on the invoice does not move with the market, and on networks like Tron or Solana it confirms in seconds for a small fee.
How do I pay for PicX Studio with crypto?

Do crypto plans renew automatically?
No. A plan paid with crypto covers the month or year you pay for and never charges you again. Pay again whenever you want another period; credits you already have never expire.

Who pays the network fee?
You do, on top of the price, the same as any on-chain transfer. If you send from an exchange, add its withdrawal fee to the amount. A payment that arrives up to 2% short is still accepted; if it is more than that, email [email protected] with the payment ID and we will sort it out.
What happens if I send the wrong amount or the invoice expires?
Email [email protected] with the payment ID from the payment page and we will match it to your account. Start a new checkout for a new order rather than paying an expired one.
Do I need an account to pay with crypto?
Yes, a free PicX Studio account (email or Google sign-in) so the credits have a balance to land in. You do not need to give card details.
Can I get a refund on a crypto payment?
Yes. Email support within 30 days of the payment and tell us what went wrong; refunds are handled by a person. Credits for a failed generation are refunded to your balance automatically.
