Suno V6 writes the lyrics, picks the length and performs the track. For a track without vocals, start the prompt with "Instrumental": that makes it more likely, but it's not guaranteed.

Is Suno AI free to use?
On Suno's own site, only V6-mini is available on the free plan; V6 itself needs a Pro or Premier subscription. On PicX Studio you don't need a Suno plan: each Suno V6 song is paid from your PicX credit balance, the same balance you use for images and video.
What is new in Suno V6 compared with V5.5?
Suno pitches V6 as a new model generation: quicker, more expressive and better sounding, with a stronger grasp of musical language such as vocals, instrumentation, structure, mood, references and overall feel. Suno also says it will retire its previous models and move entirely onto the V6 generation. Suno developed the V6 generation with industry partners, including Warner Music Group, BMG and Believe.
What is the difference between Suno V6, V6-wild and V6-mini?
V6 is the flagship, built to follow what you ask for. V6-wild is the experimental one: less predictable and further from the prompt. V6-mini is a faster, lighter version and the only one on Suno's free plan. PicX Studio runs V6; V6-wild and V6-mini are not available on PicX yet.
How do I write a good Suno V6 prompt?
Write it like a short brief for a producer: genre and era, the lead voice and how it sings (breathy, raspy, a duet, a choir), the key instruments, the mood, how the song should build, and what it's about. On PicX Studio, Suno writes the lyrics from that description, so a clear subject gives you clearer words.
Can I write my own lyrics or make an instrumental?
On PicX Studio, Suno writes the lyrics, and custom lyrics are not available on PicX yet. For a track without vocals, start the prompt with "Instrumental" and add "no vocals". That makes an instrumental more likely, but it isn't guaranteed.
How long is a Suno V6 song?
Suno says its V6 models can make up to 8 minutes of music in one generation. On PicX Studio, Suno chooses the length for each song, and there is no length setting. Extend, which adds more music to the end of a song, is not available on PicX yet.
Can Suno use my own voice or edit part of a song?
Not on PicX Studio yet. Suno's own app offers Custom Models trained on your own tracks, Remix & Edit tools (Extend, Cover and Replace Section), plain-language edits to part of a song, mashups, and audio, image or video references. On PicX, Suno V6 makes new songs from a text prompt. To set the singer, describe the voice you want.
