Surreal Fine Art Water Painting Portrait

Ultra-realistic IMAX-level Netflix-style cinematic surreal fine-art fantasy portrait,16:9 composition, create a breathtaking golden-hour {argument name="scenery" default="mountain lake scene"} where a skilled {argument name="painter" default="female painter"} stands waist-deep in calm reflective water, wearing a {argument name="clothing" default="weathered black cap, dark sunglasses and a softly wrinkled off-white linen shirt"} with rolled-up sleeves, holding a wooden paint palette filled with vivid colors in one hand while painting with a brush in the other, her face showing deep creative focus, calm intensity and quiet artistic devotion, the most important detail is that the beautiful young woman in the lake must not look like a real person lying under or inside the water, instead her image must look like a large painted portrait created directly on the water surface, like liquid oil paint and artistic pigment floating across the lake as if the water itself has become a living canvas, the painted face appearing as a dreamy artwork with visible painterly brushstroke texture, soft blended pigment edges, fluid color smears, subtle canvas-like artistry and reflective water distortion, while still keeping her facial beauty clear and elegant, her luminous fair porcelain milky-white skin rendered as a painted effect with ultra-smooth clean texture, soft blush tones and graceful artistic highlights, her expressive eyes softly open with a calm emotional gaze, glossy lips relaxed, and her dark hair dissolving into flowing paint swirls and colored reflections rather than realistic wet hair, fix the direction clearly so the woman’s painted face is placed diagonally and horizontally across the lower water area with her forehead and eye area closest to the artist's brush, while her chin and lips extend away from the female painter, making it look visually correct as if she is painting the upper part of the portrait's face on the lake surface, the brush tip should be touching the painted forehead/eye region with realistic circular ripples spreading outward, colorful pigments blooming around the portrait in rich red, blue, orange, yellow, turquoise and white tones, the entire face on the water should feel like a magical water-painting masterpiece, not a submerged human, background featuring misty alpine mountains, pine forest silhouettes, soft golden sunrise sky, glowing sunlight reflecting across the lake, light atmospheric fog, distant birds and dreamy morning haze, cinematic light falling beautifully across the female painter’s face, sleeves, hands, palette and the painted water portrait, creating magical highlights, smooth shadows and rich artistic contrast, ultra-rich color grading with warm amber sunlight, cool reflective lake tones, creamy porcelain painted highlights, vivid floating pigments and cinematic golden mist, captured with a premium cinematic wide portrait lens, HDR lighting, global illumination, photorealistic rendering with a surreal painterly illusion, masterpiece
